Negotiated and closed commercial secured and unsecured loans, documented in both English and Spanish, on behalf of one international, two national and two community banks. Advised these banks with respect to unique regulatory and compliance issues raised in connection with these and other transactions. Served as the exclusive legal counsel representing a New York based direct lender in loan transactions for multifamily units, mixed use buildings, retail space, owner occupied income properties and office buildings.
